From March 20th to April 2nd, on the initiative of the House of Portugal of Nijni Novgorod with the support of Camões IP, the Embassy of Portugal in Moscow, and the Honorary Consul of Nijni Novgorod, the Portuguese Culture Days will take place.
The program includes a wide range of initiatives: readings of works of Portuguese authors at Lomonosov International School, gastronomic activities with wine tasting, Portuguese products fair, dances, a theater show, and a day dedicated exclusively to tourism.
On the 20th the inauguration of a photography exhibition titled Pontes of Fernando Jorge is planned, at the Nijni Novgorod Photography Museum.
The 1st Festival of Portuguese Cinema in Nijni Novgorod includes three feature films: Amor Impossível (António Pedro Vasconcelos), Zeus (Paulo Filipe Monteiro), A mãe é que sabe (Nuno Rocha); as well as a documentary: Aum mar de distância (Sérgio Magano).
The festival will take place at the Rekord Cultural Center.
